Event Details

As part of Comitee Noviembre at the Longwood Art Gallery,  Ray Felix, creator of Bronx Heroes Comic Convention, bxhcc.com , will instruct this free workshop that includes hands-on drawing exercises. During the workshop he will analyze the role history and his Puerto Rican-Columbian heritage has played influencing his comic and character Runaway Slave. In this workshop Felix will show students how historical research can lead to compelling character design and inspiration.


This workshop is brought to you by the Longwood Art Gallery, a program of the Bronx Council on the Arts.
